Systems, not pages

The website is just the front door.

Behind every one of these is the part that actually runs the business: the CRM that catches the customer, the rules that decide who to chase, the automation that goes out whether or not anyone remembered. Four real builds, shipped and running.

Retail & E-Commerce

Roli Shoes

A shoe brand that needed a machine, not a website. Storefront, CRM back office, marketing automation and an Expo phone app, all on one backend. Every checkout becomes a customer record, every purchase queues a follow-up series, and the chat bubble answers and captures leads while the shop is closed. Deployed to a real domain over HTTPS with daily backups.

Mango CRM

A cold-storage operation run from two dashboards. The stock room plots every batch by days of shelf life left, runs six alert rules over the whole warehouse and drafts the message you send the crew. Reorders estimates a buying cycle per buyer, per product, scaled to how much they actually take, and only messages the ones worth messaging.

Healthcare & Clinics

Dental Clinic Suite

The clinic website patients book from, plus the software the front desk lives in, plus a rules engine that never forgets. Mark a cleaning complete and the recall date, reminder date and channel are set for you. Nine automations run before the clinic opens: recalls, stalled plans, instalments, reminders, claims, dormant patients, reviews, birthdays and aging balances.

Professional Services

Law Office CRM

A firm's website wired straight into its back office. Website inquiries become client records, deduped by e-mail and phone. Consultations move through a pipeline, matters carry their own hearings, deadlines and fees, logged hours become numbered invoices, and each client gets a private portal for appointments, balances and document uploads.

What they have in common

Four industries.
The same four questions.

A shoe shop, a cold store, a dental clinic and a law firm look nothing alike. The software underneath them answers the same things.

Who just arrived? Capture them automatically, at the moment they show interest.
Who's due? Work it out with a rule, not with somebody's memory.
What goes out, and when? Automate the message, log every send, own the wording.
Is it working? Put the number on a dashboard the owner actually reads.

How we work

From first call
to live system.

01

Map the business

How customers arrive, what has to happen next, and where things currently fall through. Written down before anything is designed.

02

Agree the rules

The thresholds, cycles and deadlines that decide who gets chased and when, fixed as numbers you can change later in settings.

03

Build in the open

Backend first, then the screens. You see it working in stages instead of waiting for one big reveal.

04

Ship & hand over

Live on your domain with HTTPS and backups, automations run in dry-run first, then a walkthrough so your team owns it.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do I own the system?
Yes. It's deployed on your domain, on infrastructure in your name, with the data in your hands and a backup routine running daily. We stay on to run and extend it because you want us to, not because you're locked in.
Can I start with just the website?
Often that's the right call. We design the site so the CRM can be bolted on later without rebuilding it, which is exactly how most of the systems on this page started.
Can it do what my industry needs?
The four builds here cover retail, perishables, healthcare and legal, and the underlying pattern, capture, decide, chase, measure, is the same in most businesses. On the call we'll tell you honestly which parts transfer and which parts need building from scratch.
How long does it take?
A website is usually live in about two weeks. A full system with a CRM, automation and a deployment is scoped after the first call, because the honest answer depends on how many of your workflows have to be in version one.
What happens after launch?
We watch the first cycle with you, tune the thresholds from settings rather than code, and stay available for changes. Automations run in dry-run mode first, so you see exactly what would go out before a single customer receives anything.
